Shipping and Handling

We want you to know that shipping your product is our top priority. We dispatch hundreds of products daily to satisfied customers all over the world. However, since most of our warehouses are located internationally, shipping and handling times may vary, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide next-day delivery service.

Processing Time: Upon receiving your payment, we will dispatch your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. This process may take an additional 1 to 4 days.

Shipping time: refers to the time it takes to deliver things from our store to the destination. Items usually take between 6 to 15 days to arrive at the destination after processing and leaving the warehouse but may take longer from time to time.  

Tracking number: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order at any time on our website. Your tracking page is available here
